This Privacy Policy details how Innovation Powerhouse Ltd ("FindMee", "we", "our", or "us") safeguard and manage your Personal Identifiable Information ("data"). Whether you're browsing our website, using our services as a registered user, or engaging with our premium features, this policy governs how we collect, process, and protect your data across all our platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
FindMee is the data controller for personal data you provide when using our platform, purchasing products, or interacting with our services. We process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other applicable laws.
We collect personal data directly from you, automatically through your device, and from third-party services when you interact with FindMee.
2.1. User information:
We collect data to provide you with our Services. We gather this information in three main ways: directly from you, through your use of our Services, and from third-party sources.
2.2. Users of users 'Personal Information'
For our Users who operate their own websites or services, we may collect Personal Information about their visitors and users ("Users-of-Users"). We only process this information on behalf of our Users, as detailed in Section 7.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Core Service Operations
Business Development and Marketing
Security and Compliance
Legal Basis for Using Your Information
We process your data under the following legal grounds:
To provide you with the best possible experience, FindMee - FindMee and our trusted Third Party Service Providers use cookies and similar technologies (collectively "Cookies"). These help ensure our Service functions properly, allow us to analyze our performance and marketing activities, and enable us to personalize your experience on our platform.
For a detailed understanding of how we use cookies and similar technologies, and to learn how to control these settings, please review our Cookie Policy.
While most browsers allow you to manage cookies, including notifications when receiving them and the option to block them entirely, we want to be transparent that we do not modify our data collection practices when we detect a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser or mobile application.
We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform and fulfil services, including:
5.1. Law Enforcement, Legal Requests and Duties:
We may need to disclose your data in response to valid legal requests, such as court orders, subpoenas, or when required by applicable laws. We'll only do this if we believe in good faith that we're legally required to share this information, whether or not we notify you.
5.2. Protecting Rights and Safety:
If we believe it's necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of FindMee, our users, or the public, we may share your data. We'll make this decision in good faith, with or without notifying you.
5.3. In connection with a change in corporate control:
If FindMee undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred to the involved parties as part of that transaction.
5.4. Upon Your Further Direction:
Our platform allows you to integrate various third-party services into your websites. These services may include:
When you choose to use these third-party services, they may access and process your users' Personal Information in the following ways:
a) Framed Pages: When you embed third-party content using frames, these services may collect information from your users directly.
b) App Market Developers: Third-party developers who create apps for our App Market must follow our Partner Agreement, which restricts how they can access, store, and use Personal Information.
c) Social Media Features: If you add social media integrations (like "Facebook Connect" or "Google Sign-in"), these features may collect user information such as names, email addresses, and IP addresses.
Important: FindMee acts only as an intermediary platform for these third-party services. We share your users' information with them only when you choose to use their services. We're not responsible for how these third parties handle Personal Information once they receive it.
We strongly recommend reviewing each third-party service's privacy policy before installation. While we carefully select our partners, you should understand the privacy implications of using any third-party service.
If you use Findmee’s location-sharing features, we may process your real-time or static location to help coordinate meetups or share emergency information. You control when and how location data is shared. We do not use location data for tracking or advertising.
What We Process
FindMee collects, stores and processes certain data of Users-of-Users ("Users-of-Users Information"). We do this solely on behalf of our Users and at their direction. For example, Users can import email contacts from services like Gmail or manage contacts through their User Website. We store these contacts on the User's behalf.
Our Role as a Processor
Under UK GDPR, FindMee acts as a "Processor," not a "Controller" of Users-of-Users Information. The Users who control and operate their Websites are considered the "Controllers" of this information.
Data Processing Location and Protection
We process Users-of-Users' data within the United Kingdom, European Union, or other approved territories that ensure adequate data protection according to the European Commission. Any data processing outside these areas follows approved transfer mechanisms.

Our Services may contain links to other websites or services. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for such websites' or services' privacy practices. Before providing any Personal Information, please review the privacy statements of each website and service you visit after leaving our Services, as this Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites and services.
We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in law, services, or data practices. Substantial changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. The effective date will be updated at the top of this document.
