Welcome to FindMee's Privacy Policy

1. Please read carefully

Your privacy is fundamental to everything we do at FindMee. This Privacy Policy details how Innovation Powerhouse Ltd. and its affiliated companies ("FindMee", "we", "our", or "us") safeguard and manage your Personal Information ("PI"). Whether you're browsing our website, using our services as a registered user, or engaging with our premium features, this policy governs how we collect, process, and protect your data across all our platforms - including findmee.at and its subdomains, web applications ("FindMee Apps"), mobile applications ("Mobile Apps"), and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We believe in complete transparency about our data practices. By continuing to access or use our Services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have reservations about how we handle personal information, we encourage you to review your choices before proceeding. For any questions or concerns about your privacy, our team is ready to assist through our contact page. Your trust is invaluable to us, and we're committed to maintaining it through clear communication and robust privacy protection.

2. What 'Personal Information' do we collect?

2.1. User information:

We collect Personal Information to provide you with our Services. Personal Information refers to any data relating to an identified or identifiable person. We gather this information in three main ways: directly from you, through your use of our Services, and from third-party sources.

4. How we share your 'Personal Information'

We may share or grant access to your Personal Information with select third parties in the following ways:

4.1. Third Party Service Providers:

We partner with carefully selected service providers to enhance our services. These partners include hosting providers, security services, payment processors, analytics providers, and technical consultants. They help us deliver, improve, and secure our services.

When we share data with third parties providing AI services, we require them to agree contractually that they won't use your data to train or improve their AI models.

4.2. Law Enforcement, Legal Requests and Duties:

We may need to disclose your Personal Information in response to valid legal requests, such as court orders, subpoenas, or when required by applicable laws. We'll only do this if we believe in good faith that we're legally required to share this information, whether or not we notify you.

4.3. Protecting Rights and Safety:

If we believe it's necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of FindMee.at, our users, or the public, we may share your Personal Information. We'll make this decision in good faith, with or without notifying you.

4.4. FindMee Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies:

We may share your information with third party companies to provide and improve our services.

4.5. In connection with a change in corporate control:

If FindMee undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred to the involved parties as part of that transaction.

4.6. Upon Your Further Direction:

Our platform allows you to integrate various third-party services into your websites. These services may include:

  • Applications and widgets from our App Market
  • Payment providers
  • Third-party designers

When you choose to use these third-party services, they may access and process your users' Personal Information in the following ways:

a) Framed Pages: When you embed third-party content using frames, these services may collect information from your users directly.

b) App Market Developers: Third-party developers who create apps for our App Market must follow our Partner Agreement, which restricts how they can access, store, and use Personal Information.

c) Social Media Features: If you add social media integrations (like "Facebook Connect" or "Google Sign-in"), these features may collect user information such as names, email addresses, and IP addresses.

Important: FindMee acts only as an intermediary platform for these third-party services. We share your users' information with them only when you choose to use their services. We're not responsible for how these third parties handle Personal Information once they receive it.

We strongly recommend reviewing each third-party service's privacy policy before installation. While we carefully select our partners, you should understand the privacy implications of using any third-party service.

5. Where do we Store/Process your 'Personal Information'?

5.1. Data Transfers

FindMee serves users worldwide, which means we may transfer your Personal Information across borders. We take this responsibility seriously - before transferring any data, we carefully evaluate each destination country's privacy laws to ensure they meet our strict data protection standards.

Data Processing Location and Protection

We process Users-of-Users' Personal Information within the European Union, United Kingdom, or other approved territories that ensure adequate data protection according to the European Commission.
