Users are solely responsible for all content they post on FindMee, including but not limited to photos, videos, text, comments, messages, and location data. By uploading content, users confirm they either own the material or possess the necessary rights to share it legally. This means you should only post content you've created yourself or have explicit permission to use.

FindMee maintains the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly post violating content. These measures are in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for our entire community. We encourage users to report content they believe violates our policies through our reporting tools.
When you post content on FindMee, you grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, distribute, modify, and reproduce your content as necessary for platform functionality and promotional purposes. This license remains in effect until you remove your content from the platform, except in cases where your content has been shared with others who have not deleted it.
While you retain full ownership rights to your original content, please be aware that material shared on FindMee may become publicly accessible and could be redistributed by other users. Even after deleting content from your profile, copies may exist in cached or archived versions of the site, on other users' devices, or on third-party platforms where it was shared.
To safeguard your privacy and security, we strongly advise against sharing sensitive personal information through your posts or profile. This includes financial data, identification numbers, precise location details, and private contact information. Additionally, consider the potential business implications before sharing proprietary information, trade secrets, or commercially valuable content, as the license you grant allows for broader usage than you might anticipate.
